To start the return process for your order, please enter your email address or phone number and the order number below.
HOW TO RETURN?
- Enter your order number and email address in the fields above and click Start
- Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return
- You will get a confirmation email with the shipping guidelines and shipping label if your return is approved.
- Place the delivery note in your returns package so we know that the return belongs to you
- You can drop your parcel off at over 9,000+ drop off points across the UK
RETURN RULES
You can return your items within 30 days of receipt of your shipment.
- They must be in original condition (Including the original packaging)
- They must be in a clean resellable condition (No dog hairs, dirt etc)
- The package must include the delivery note so we can identify the return
- They must be In the original packaging with tags
- The outer packaging must be undamaged
- The outer packaging must not be taped or teared
- All free items (if any) must also be returned along with your item
- Please note that have had a logo printed on cannot be returned or exchanged
If you believe the item is damaged or defective:
- Take photos of the issue
- Keep the item in the original packaging
- Send us an email
If you are unsure whether you can return the item please request a return anyway and we will assist you.
Free gifts or promotional items must also be returned!
ARE THERE ANY RETURN COSTS?
- It is free to return as long as it is an exchange or you are returning for store credit
- If you returning for a refund then we will deduct £3.99 from your total refund amount, this is to cover delivery costs
- We advise to select exchange or store credit as your refund method as we have a vast range of products and are sure there will be something for you
- If a return does not adhere to our rules (eg. it is damaged, dirty etc) then we will deduct the our cost of the product from your refund.
- If an exchange does not adhere to our rules (eg. it is damaged, dirty etc) then we will contact you to resolve the issue
HOW SOON WILL I GET MY EXCHANGE/REFUND/CREDIT?
- Exchanges are approved almost instantly and the item is sent out with our standard next day delivery as soon as we see that you have taken your return to a collect+ store.(1 - 2 Days depending on the time that the exchange is dispatched)
- Returns for credit are almost instantly approved, you will recieve the credit as soon as we see that you have taken your return to a collect+ store
- Refunds are approved within 24 hours and will be refunded to your orginal payment method as soon as we recieve the item. They can take up to 5 days to appear in your account, depending on the bank you are with
